Johnny Ice first appeared as a lo-rent detective in a video by Bill O'Donovan and Grant Osborne in the late 1980's. After a few years in development turnaround in Tokyo, Johnny resurfaced in 1996 as one of the first web comics, produced by Bill with the programming skills of Steven Bellman and the assistance of the Australian Film Commission. secretcity is delighted to offer this window into the history of the web with the Johnny Ice Online Expo.
